Jesse and Joyce Northcutt are currently serving in Ireland in leadership training and church development with Greater Europe Mission. Jesse assists Swords Baptist Church through various means as they seek to expand into the growing and largely unreached population of North County Dublin. He is also involved in training and equipping emerging church leaders through two Irish-based training centers, the Youth Works Institute (as active instructor) and the Irish Bible Institute (as reserve instructor). He also serves with Church Planting Resources, a team of expatriate missionaries in Ireland who seek to work corporately toward a movement of church planting throughout Ireland. He is also field administrator for Greater Europe Mission/Ireland.
Joyce currently serves as the contact person in Ireland for "Mom's In Touch International." In this capacity she seeks to establish more prayer groups of women who will pray for children and school situations throughout Ireland. She also assists with the women's and children's ministries at the Swords Church.
