When asked “what do you do?” Dr. Kathy Koch answers, “In a nutshell, we are public speakers. We strive to positively influence adults and children primarily through the spoken word. We offer seminars using different lengths/formats, on a variety of topics, and for many people groups.” Kathy speaks often in Christian schools, churches, missionary conferences, and Christian conventions.   She writes for several magazines and her first book has been published.

Dr. Kathy approaches everything she does from her faith perspective.  She usually travels overseas twice each year speaking on a variety of topics at conferences to help missionaries meet the educational needs of their children, to students of international Christian boarding schools, and to teachers of international English-speaking schools. She has spoken in the Philippines, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Holland, Sweden, Scotland, England, Germany, Estonia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Albania, Thailand, Senegal, and Korea.
