 When we first began supporting Phil and Arleen Blycker, with CAM International, Phil was teaching music at The Guatemala Bible Seminary. He was also working on and has since published a hymnal in Spanish. Phil and Arleen were very active in evangelistic outreach to students and their families at the seminary as well as through the local schools. This year, they moved from Guatemala to Mexico and are currently serving with CAM through teaching music ministry at the Puebla Bible Seminary and training national Hispanics to reach other Hispanics for Christ at the Rio Grande Bible Institute (on the border).
